I have been doing this for many years and do this as a side business to help people and also bring in a little extra revenue.. My rates are based on the project and I will even do phone consulting at a low rate.. I have helped so many people get on track with the Internet that it all comes back to me ten fold!

Also remember, in many cases I teach you what to do and I do not necessarily do it all for you (unless that is what you want) so you can be more efficient and not financially tied in to me for every little thing. I want you to have everything registered in your name so you have total control and understand how it all works.

There are times when I have to contact other Internet programmers that I have worked with for many, many years to help with certain projects, and they bill separately and at an agreed upon price.
